Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

A return does not require a particular wording or our prior authorisation to exercise a statutory withdrawal right.

Where the statutory withdrawal right applies, tell us within 14 days after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive the goods. For one order delivered in parts, this generally runs from receipt of the last item. Return the goods within a further 14 days after notifying us. You pay the direct return cost for a change-of-mind return. Pack glass jars securely. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Withdrawal exceptions may apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed goods unsuitable for return for genuine health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Food is not automatically excluded simply because it is food; long-life sealed products must be considered on their facts. Any applicable exception should be identified before purchase. Faulty, unsafe, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods retain their legal protections.

For a valid withdrawal we refund payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days after being informed. Additional cost of a more expensive delivery option is not refundable under this rule. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without refund fees.

Contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and arrange the remedy required by law, such as replacement or refund where applicable. You will not bear necessary return costs for a justified non-conformity claim. Exchanges for a different flavour or size are subject to agreement and availability; this does not limit legal remedies.

To withdraw, email: “I notify you that I withdraw from my contract for the following goods: [items]. Ordered on / received on: [dates]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Order number: [number]. Date: [date].” You may use any other unequivocal statement. Keep a copy of your message.
