Delivery within Cyprus
We deliver within Cyprus through ACS. International delivery and collection from our shop are not offered through this online store. Choose collection from an ACS point or delivery to your address at checkout, subject to ACS service coverage.
Dispatch and delivery time
Ordinary orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days after payment confirmation, subject to availability. ACS transit time is additional. Working days exclude weekends and Cyprus public holidays. We will contact you if there is a delay or a stock issue. Personalised baskets and favours require at least 15 days; the delivery date is agreed in writing.

Shipping is charged with 19% VAT in the basket and at checkout. Every started kilogram counts as a whole kilogram.
Charges depend on total shipping weight, rounded up to the next whole kilogram. Shipping weight includes the products and their jars; any outer-packaging allowance configured for checkout is also included. The maximum is 20 kg per online shipment. Above 20 kg, contact us for a quote. The final shipping amount is shown before payment.
Delivery details and damaged parcels
Provide an accurate address, telephone number and ACS point preference where applicable. When dispatched, a tracking reference/link will be provided when available. Contact us promptly if a parcel is delayed, missing, leaking or broken. Keep the packaging and, where possible, photograph the damage. Do not consume products with damaged seals or suspected contamination. These practical requests do not remove your statutory rights.
