Read the product ingredients, allergens, net quantity and storage instructions before ordering. Packaging and colours may vary slightly from photographs. Availability and final totals appear at checkout. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of an order; acceptance is confirmed when we confirm dispatch or explicitly accept the order. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund any payment for it; we will not substitute without your agreement.

Product prices are in euros and include 5% VAT. Delivery rates are quoted excluding VAT; 19% VAT is added to shipping in the basket and at checkout. The final total, including delivery and VAT, is shown before you pay. Online card payment is offered through the payment options available at checkout, intended to include JCC and Revolut. Payment-provider authentication may be required. Do not send card numbers or security codes through our contact forms or email.

An enquiry is a request for a quotation, not an order or reservation. Minimum lead time is 15 days. Contents, decoration, quantity, delivery date, total price, deposit and balance schedule must be agreed in writing when the order is accepted. Changes can be requested until 10 days before the agreed delivery date and require written confirmation; price or availability may change. Requests closer to delivery may not be possible. Cancellation and deposit-refund terms must be expressly agreed before payment; there is no automatic blanket forfeiture under these terms. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Our Shipping and Returns policies form part of these terms. Keep account credentials private and provide accurate information. Guest checkout is available; an account is optional. Order status in your account shows our processing progress and is separate from a courier’s live tracking.

Nothing excludes liability or remedies which cannot legally be excluded. Changes to these terms apply to future orders; the agreed terms apply to your existing order.
